I attended many interview after clearing my BCA, but the basic problem was that all of them wanted experience. I was a bit disappointed as a fresher. On meeting a counselor madam person at Spectrum, I got an idea that undergoing an on-job training in any IT specialty will give me some real knowledge and experience in it, and also offered me an experience equal certification. As I am interested in PHP, I joined for that training. It is not like college as STEPS is more like a working environment with team leads as trainers. I got opportunity to do some live projects too to gain experience. Now, I am working atImpact Metals, Vyttila. My advice for freshers is to join for an on-job training in any specialized IT field rather than simply roaming around after college.

I believe that one need to choose a right career based on your interest and aptitude to be successful. The counseling session I attended with the STEPS counselor helped me identify Web Designing as a good career area, and now I am very happy with that decision. STEPS training is a wonderful experience.Now iam working at Aabasoft Technologies India Private Limited.

It was good experience to be at real work environment and do assignment-based training, fully practical. Now, on completing it, I got the job at Premiere Electrocoats,Cherthala. I made a good choice by going to STEPS in Spectrum IT Park it seems, you can also try it after talking to them.

Hi there were plenty of training institutes when I completed my B-Tech in CSE. My plan was to get something like a job internship in IT and not a mere training institute. On doing googling, I found that STEPS is the first industry associated training, so I approached that institutes. It is located inside Spectrum IT Park, so we have a chance to meet the real working professionals there unlike the training institutes. I learned Android there and got a job after training at Spectrum Softtech Solutions (P) Ltd.. It is a good experience to be at STEPS when you get out of college.

Spectrum IT Park is a good place to be at. The trainers are also well experienced working professionals of Spectrum Softtech Solutions, which is the highlight of the training. Rather than focusing on the training institutes placement assurance trap, I suggest you people also should focus on getting some real-time experience and exposure while planning for IT Training. After completing STEPS training, now I work as Software Tester at Spectrum Softech Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Hi, I did my B.Tech, ECE graduation and was not sure of what to do after that. Some told me to go for higher studies, others compelled to look for a job. There was no campus placement for me. One day I got a call from STEPS Kochi and went there. Actually, I assumed it is a training institute, but was stunned to see the building and the technical infrastructure.
