While doing BTech, we learn 56 papers, but I think to get a job in the real IT industry, we need to learn something more in-depth. I was searching for good training programs, finally find out STEPS Kochi. This is a an on-job training center with limited entry. The trainers are well experienced working professionals of Spectrum Softtech Solutions, which is the highlight of the training. After completing STEPS training, now I work at Technopark.

After my Bcom, i decided to learn PHP and was searching for good training programs to finally find out STEPS Kochi. I got full-time training there by covering all the advanced and updated technology aspects of PHP. The trainers are also well experienced working professionals of Spectrum Softtech Solutions, which is the highlight of the training. Rather than focusing on the training institutes placement assurance trap, I suggest you people also should focus on getting some real-time experience and exposure while planning for IT Training. After completing STEPS training, now I work at Supplyco Head Office Gandhinagar,Ernakulam

I made a good choice by going to STEPS in Spectrum IT Park it seems, you can also try it after talking to them.

Spectrum IT Park is a good place fully of IT infrastructure.I did a training PHP .It is a good experience to be at STEPS when you get out of college.It was good experience to be at real work environment and do assignment-based training, fully practical. Now, on completing it, I got the job at Soften Technologies,Kadavanthra. I made a good choice by going to STEPS in Spectrum IT Park it seems, you can also try it after talking to them.

My plan was to get something like IT training on doing google i found that STEPS is the first industry associated training, so I approached that institute, It is located inside Spectrum IT Park, so we have a chance to meet the real working professionals there unlike the training institutes. I learned PHP there and i got a job after training at Penta software House,Thrissur. It is a good experience to be at STEPS when you get out of college

I have attended many interview after finishing BSC, but the basic problem was that all of them wanted experience. I was a bit disappointed as a fresher. I thought undergoing an on-job training in any IT specialty will give me some real knowledge and experience in it, and also offered me an experience equal certification. As I am interested in PHP ,I am working atBlue Apple Technolabs,ernakulam. My advice for freshers is to join for an on-job training in any specialized IT field rather than simply roaming around after college.

Spectrum IT Park is a good place to be at.There were plenty of calls from training institutes when I completed my Btech/ECE. My plan was to get something like a job internship in IT and not a mere training institute.On meeting a counselor madam person at Spectrum, I got an idea that undergoing an on-job training in any IT specialty will give me some real knowledge and experience in it, and also offered me an experience equal certification. As I am interested in Redhat. I joined for that training. It is not like college as STEPS is more like a working environment with team leads as trainers. I got opportunity to do some live projects too to gain experience.now I work at TCS
