I am Rihas, a BTech Computer Science Engineering graduate from SNMIMT, Maliankara.. After completing my BTech, I did STEPS training at Spectrum IT Park. Software Testing is so easy to understand and it has the same value as of an IT developer in the industry. I love this job. Now I am working as a Quality Assurance professionals in CCS Technologies. STEPS training is good to get a job.

After completing my B.E. in Electronics and Communication, I was looking for an IT job, but not programming. I had an idea about testing, but was not sure whether that can be chosen as my career. On meeting the STEPS advisor, she told me about the different aspects of software testing and the job opportunities. Then I felt confident and joined for the STEPS Software Testing training. That was a real turning point and through that experience I became a software tester from a fresher. After completion of the training, I got placed as a Software Tester and now working at Datum Innovations. I recommend STEPS training to all freshers who want to get in to IT career.

We joined STEPS training after BE CS. The course was so good as the trainers and guides were very supportive. The major thing I felt good about is the way how I did the projects there. Doing it in live gives a good exposure, which made me confident in cracking the interviews and machine tests to get a good job. Now I work as a PHP Developer at Orange Hosting, Ernakulam and so happy about my decision to join STEPS to get a job immediately, whereas many others of college-mates are still searching for programming jobs.

I am a PHP Programmer at Fourth Ambit Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Edappally. Got this job after completing PHP training from STEPS. The major different I felt there is that after so many year of classroom courses, here I got a real working culture, which gives exposure to actual industry. I did my BTech Computer Science after +2 and my all time plan was to become a developer. I was interested in PHP programming language, but identified BTech may not be just enough to secure a job in my dream field. I didn’t get placed through any campus recruitment. After getting a call from the executive, I visited STEPS at Spectrum IT Park and the person there informed me about the opportunity to learn PHP in a company setting. I joined STEPS and got an excellent guidance there to learn PHP and related technologies. After completion of the training, now I am working at Orange Hosting, Kadavanthra, Kochi as a PHP Developer.

Hello, I am Anju completed by BSc computer science course from CAS IHRD Puthenvelikkara. Everyone wanted me to go for PG, but I tried in my own way to get into a job by gaining some programming knowledge as I was so interested in this. One my friend referred me the name of STEPS training and Spectrum IT Park and I joined for PHP on-job training there. The training is very good and the opportunity to get a feel of a professional working environment is really nice. I am enjoying my career as a Web Developer at Asio Technologies. I am from Palakkad, did my PHP training at STEPS program. Getting some real project experience and most updated technical knowledge, I left STEPS with much confidence and real exposure. Hi guys, I am Vaishak Krishnan from Kannur. I did my Java course from STEPS training and now working as a Java Developer at Amtech Trivandrum. The advantage of STEPS training was that I got exposure to the most updated technologies as well as real projects. The trainer here was also very experienced. Unlike other institutes, which are basically rented floors, this is a real company, which gave me the feel of being at work and gaining experience. This boosted the confidence and my knowledge also improved day by day being in a real-time environment. With the training I got from STEPS, I am able to perform well from the first day onwards of my work here. I recommend STEPS training to all.

I did my BTech Electronic from Sri Vellappally Natesan College of Engineering and passed out in 2015. With my dream to get into an IT career, however I was not sure which area to choose. From electronic background, I was a bit fearful about programming. SEO was a new thing to me when I first heard of it from STEPS counselor Mettilda, but found it interesting as it has no coding or programming involved. My interest increased as I started learning it through the STEPS program. The trainer also was highly experienced and shared most modern technical knowledge at best. On completion of training, I got an offer from Spectrum to continue working there and I am here for the last few months as an SEO expert. I enjoy this job. SEO is a good IT job which can be chosen by anyone from any educational background. I suggest STEPS training.

I am working as a System Administrator at Wipro, Kochi. After completing my BTech Electronics from Anna University, I was checking out which career to choose and then met the guide at Spectrum who advised me to get an employability training in IT. As my aptitude was basically in technical side, I have chosen to do networking and took CCNA as my stepping stone . IT guided me in the right path and now I am enjoying my job as a technical administrator. Life changed at STEPS.
