I was passionate about getting a job overseas and many of my friends from Malappuram are there abroad. After completing BCA from Periyar University, I was looking for a job opportunity. I got a call from STEPS and attended a screening process there. The counselor whom I talked to was very friendly and advised me to undergo the CCNA program which I chose. Getting some real exposure to costly equipment and networking techniques, I gained real experience and knowledge in this area. Now I am working at Aliman Factory Establishment in Saudi Arabia.

But, they assisted me in getting a good accommodation and later I realized that it was a good decision to come to STEPS Kochi. I am Beneditct Eldhose, A BTech ECE engineer from MEA Engineering College. As with an EC background, I was not having much knowledge about IT opportunities, but as I am very much interested in technical administration and I was looking for a similar choice. When I went to Spectrum’s STEPS wing, they informed about the opportunities in networking and about the international certification of CCNA. I joined this program, which was really good to learn and I became very much interested and knowledgeable in this. Now I work at Telo Infosystems.

Working as an Office Automation Engineer at HCL, I got this opportunity after completing my CCNA training at STEPS. The trainer there is really good and gives real experience on routers and switches etc. I know that at other places, they are using simulators to learn routing and switching, but we got the real equipment. Now, I am confident to work as an expert network administrator. I thank my trainer at STEPS.

I am from the northern end of Kerala at Kasargode. I was not really having any idea about what to do after doing my diploma from Trikaripur Polytechnic in computer science. Many of my friends went to Bangalore for job search, but I thought of going to Kochi for a job. I visited Spectrum IT Park and met with the STEPS coordinator who discussed about the need to get an industry exposure to get into a job. I joined for CCNA Cisco networking training and after completing it now got a job as Aaabasoft in Kochi. I am so happy to start working and really enjoy my job.

Hello, me Riyas from Kollam completed my diploma in Computer Hardware and Maintenance. Then I came to Kochi after getting a call from the executives at STEPS. I had no idea about what I am going to do, but then joined STEPS CCNA training after discussing the opportunities with the counselor. The training was excellent almost like really doing things. It is good that I came to Spectrum immediately after completing my Diploma in computer science from GPTC Kunnamkulam in 2015.
