I selected this course because I thought there will be lots of job opportunity in Network Administration. I was right, there are lots of opening in Network Administration but the problem is that without any industrial experience nobody will get job in Network Administration. I have heard from my friends that STEPS is providing industrial training for freshers. And I joined there as a Windows On The Job Trainee in order to gain some industrial experience. Hai friends, I am Luba from Thiruvankulam. I am an engineering graduate. Like most of the engineering students, I thought I will be placed during Campus recruitment drive. But the exposure which I got from my college was not enough for me to get a job. I was lacking some professional training, and which I got from STEPS Training Center. I joined STEPS as IOS trainee. I got training from Spectrum Company which is basically an IT company. So during my training I got a chance to experience the real time work environment. Hi…. My name is Lamu and right now I am working in Dubai. I am working in Mellow Trading Company as a Manager. After completing Diploma in Electronics and Communication from RVS college of Engineering, I joined STEPS for the Windows On The Job Training. STEPS helped me to shape my attitude and skills in such a way that I became able to handle real technical problems and troubleshoot them, they also helped me to cope up with pressured and difficult trouble situations and touch job conditions.
