Hai friends, I am Luba from Thiruvankulam. I am an engineering graduate. Like most of the engineering students, I thought I will be placed during Campus recruitment drive. But the exposure which I got from my college was not enough for me to get a job. I was lacking some professional training, and which I got from STEPS Training Center. I joined STEPS as IOS trainee. I got training from Spectrum Company which is basically an IT company. So during my training I got a chance to experience the real time work environment. And now I joined Spectrum Softtech Solutions as an iOS intern. And now I am enjoying my work.

Hi Friends, my name is Ambika I am a post graduate in sociology. Being an Arts Post graduate I never thought I will get a job in an IT company. But I always dreamed about getting a job in IT sector and STEPS made my dream come true. The Training in STEPS moulded me as a good Software tester. And now I realize that studies have nothing to do with our performance, but it is based on our Training that’s why when most of the engineering graduates are searching job and and an arts graduate like me got a job in an IT company. Hai guys.. i am happy to inform you that I got job in Spectrum Softtech Solution as a Java Intern. In this new beginning of my Career, I would like to share my experience with the STEPS Training Center without which I wouldn’t be in this position now. After completing post graduation I realized that it is more difficult to get a job for post graduate than a graduate. Post graduation was becoming a burden for me. At that time I heard about STEPS Training Center. And I joined There as a Java Trainee. Now I can feel the difference between a Fresher and an experienced person. STEPS Placement cell provided me an opportunity to work as a Java intern in Spectrum Softtech Solution. Thank You Once again STEPS for the support. Now I am enjoying my work…..

During my job search I got a call from STEPS regarding a Training Program. I visited STEPS for knowing more about Training programs. My expectation regarding STEPS Training center was totally wrong. The training was given in the real work environment and Trainers were exceptionally qualified industrial professionals. And I joined STEPS as a Windows on the Job Trainee. Hi friends, I am writing this because I just want to share my happiness with you. I just joined in Spectrum Softtech Solutions as a Software testing intern. Most of my seniors and classmates are still searching for job, and the reason I got this job is the training which I got from STEPS Training center. After completing BCA from Nehru Arts and Science College, I have attended many campus recruitment drive and other interviews but I wasn’t able to get a job. Then I analyzed myself, and I realized I was lacking experience. And that weak point I removed through STEPS Training. STEPS made me a good professional. Hi…. My name is Lamu and right now I am working in Dubai. I am working in Mellow Trading Company as a Manager. After completing Diploma in Electronics and Communication from RVS college of Engineering, I joined STEPS for the Windows On The Job Training. STEPS helped me to shape my attitude and skills in such a way that I became able to handle real technical problems and troubleshoot them, they also helped me to cope up with pressured and difficult trouble situations and touch job conditions. STEPS really helped in converting me into a complete professional and this has helped me in getting a managerial level job here, which is very challenging. I will be always thankful to STEPS for the tremendous support I got from there. I will also recommend Windows Server Administration training at STEPS to those who want to try for a technical admin job overseas.

I am Musadhikh from Malappuram, now working in AppBazooka at Trivandrum as an iOS iPhone developer. For this job and my skills gained as an iOS developer, I am very much thankful to STEPS training center, without which I won’t be reaching this stage of my career. They trained me well and guided me to the right path. Also through STEPS placement cell, I got the placement too in this firm which had given me a right break to kick-start my career. In IT industry now, there are no much opportunities for freshers and every company is asking for experience. Through STEPS training, what I had gained is real experience and professional exposure to get a job like this. Java training

Hi friends, I am Titto from Konni. I did Java training at STEPS. I through of joining STEPS as I really wanted some experience in the industry rather than joining for a traditional classroom training. Actually during that time, I was looking around to do a certificate course in Java. But, from the STEPS counselor, I realized that it is experience which counts a lot more than a certificate. I also got rejected in many interviews because I didn’t have experience. Through the Java training of STEPS, I gained a lot of knowledge along with experience in Java. Now I got a Job in MPhasis Chennai. The experience from STEPS helped me to perform well in the interview as well as technical tests. I express my deepest gratitude towards STEPS… Thanks a lot…..

Linux Administration

Name : Sijo   K R

I completed the Linux Server Administration Training from STEPS training division. Now I am working at Spectrum Softtech Solution as a Linux Administrator. Spectrum is having high-end technical services like Server Colocation, hosting etc. As far as technical administration is concerned, what we got from college education was just theoretical knowledge. I understood that theoretical awareness cannot really help in actual working conditions. I acquired enough work related knowledge through the STEPS training which helped me to get this job. Also STEPS placed me into the current job. I am impressed with the training environment and atmosphere as well as the supportive approach of the experienced technical managers at STEPS. I am very happy to post my opinion regarding STEPS and strongly recommends STEPS to the freshers.

After my Graduation I was looking forward to sharpen my technical skills for a job in IT sector. Those days, I heard about STEPS, and that it is the training wing of Spectrum IT park. I got good feedback from my friends too about it so I joined for Windows Training course there. It was a 3-months course, but what I have earned is 3 years experience. It was a golden opportunity for getting training in a live environment and trainers are also from the hosting and server collocation industry, so they were update with the latest technologies. It was really a good experience for me. Now I am working as Windows Administrator with Spectrum itself. I am very much enjoying the job here in between the high-end technical infrastructure of an IT park and so many thanks to STEPS for getting me here.
